We offer several free classes at our gyms, including group fitness, yoga, Zumba and suspension training. We will add classes of interest for our members as possible. We also offer affordable advanced classes that are more rigorous and specialized, and the instructor charges a fee. (Currently, only Marisa’s IntenseFIT class at the West Gym requires an additional fee.) Check the calendar below for class offerings and times. *HIIT THE GYM! We offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Classes five days a week at our gyms. Try these popular classes to complement your workouts, and get a start on a new you for 2018! HIIT Strong with Sharon 6 am Monday @ South, 8 am Tuesday @ South, 5:30 pm Wednesday @ West, 11:30 am Friday @ West, and 9 am Saturday rotation @ South. HIIT Insanity with Heidi 8:15 am Thursday @ South.
