24/7 Access Announcment

Accolade Fitness is now open 24/7, 365 days per year.

There will be times in the early morning and late evening when there is no staff on site. The front door will be locked during unstaffed hours and you will open the front door using your existing key card by placing it under the new barcode reader we have installed on the front door.
If you have an online account with a barcode, you can use the digital barcode to open the door as well as your physical key tag.
Please note that if you have an outstanding balance on your account, the key tag will not unlock the door. Please pay in person or online.
Buddy Pass guests are still welcome to join members during staffed and unstaffed hours. Members will be responsible to make sure their guest signs in at the front desk.
While staff is on site during daytime hours, the front door will be unlocked as usual. Please check into the gym by scanning at the front desk just like you do currently.
All existing members must sign our updated waiver before using the gym. These are at the front desk for you to sign when you come in. Your key tag will not work during unstaffed hours until this waiver is signed.

- Go to accoladefitness.com and select “ALREADY A MEMBER? SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT”
- Existing members can only create an account if they have an email on file. If you do not have an email on file, please provide one to the front desk staff.
- For easy access, we recommend adding the web app to the home screen of your phone by clicking the share button, then clicking “Add To Home Screen”
Tanning will be unavailable during unstaffed hours.
Saunas will be on and available 24/7.
For your safety and the safety of others, please do not open the door for others during unstaffed hours, and please do not ask others to open the door for you. Enter the facility individually by using your own key tag.
